BÉNÉDICTINE COCKTAIL BY JAMIE OLIVER

Let’s discover Jamie Oliver’s signature Benedictine Cocktail. Bénédictine is a herbal liqueur made by monks and used in some of the world’s most famous cocktails!

INGREDIENTS

1 ½ parts Cognac

¾ part Benedictine Liqueur

¾ part lemon juice

twist of lemon, to garnish

 

METHOD

  1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
  2. Fill with ice and shake.
  3. Strain into a cocktail glass.
  4. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
