Bartender Contest ABF 2020: meet the winners
The SCOTT ” Promotion Michel LAMBERT ” 62nd edition, the National Cocktail Contest and the National Flairtending Contest took place on September 28th within the framework of the Bartender Contest ABF.
The Bartender Contest ABF 2020 brought together three events in one: the SCOTT Cup, the National Cocktail Contest and the National Flairtending Contest. Organized in the École hôtelière Sainte Thérèse (EHST), APPRENTIS D’AUTEUIL.
The competition started with the written (digital) test for the candidates of La SCOTT. The second part of the SCOTT started with the practical test by making a classic cocktail from the list “Les Intemporels”. This was followed by the “by the minute” creation of a creative cocktail. A moment of great pressure where the members of the jury are attentive to the actions of each candidate.
