Excellent performance for Martell cognac
The latest figures for Pernod Ricard’s Martell brand show excellent performance. During 2018-2019, 2.6 million nine-litre cases, or 31.2 million bottles, were sold.
A year ago, Alexandre Ricard, Chairman of Pernod Ricard, stated to Sud Ouest newspaper that “the brand is the first in the group, the most profitable“.
Cognac, a strong spirit for Pernod Ricard
In fact, Martell is ahead of other brands such as Jameson whisky, Chivas Regal or Absolut vodka. It has an excellent performance with +11% in volume and a turnover of +18%. In 2018-2019, Martell sold 2.6 million 9-litre cases or 31.2 million bottles.
