London. Opening of the Gazelle bar-restaurant by mixologist Tony Conigliaro and Chef Rob Roy Cameron

Two great experienced personalities come together to open the new London bar-restaurant: Gazelle. Mixologist Tony Conigliaro and Chef Rob Roy Cameron combine their expertise. (Via The Caterer)

Gazelle is a two-storey bar-restaurant that offers, on the one hand (on the first floor) a selection of dishes to share and inspired by local ingredients, and foreign techniques providing a unique and minimalist taste experience, some reduced to three ingredients. Something like cocktails. On the other hand, it offers a selection of cocktails in the cocktail bar on the second floor, whose recipes are based mainly on champagne, all prepared by Tony Conigliaro and his team from the consulting firm Drink Factory. Among other classic cocktail recipes and of the house.

The idea of the new cocktail bar of the mixologist Conigliaro, was born seeking to express new flavors in people, together with his team of Drink Factory. For Chef Rob Roy Cameron, it was a proposal to Conigliaro, after he asked him if he knew a chef. His first meeting was at Drink Factory when Cameron visited him. Both define themselves as flavorists and therefore form a good team.
