Paris. The Champagne and Fine Pastry Show is held on 8 and 9 July in the Pavillon Ledoyen
Renowned patissiers and the Champagne region with its selection of champagne will be the protagonists of the Salon des Champagnes et des Pâtisseries Fines. The event is hosted by triple Star chef Yannick Alléno.
The 8th of July will be open to the general public, while Monday the 9th will be reserved for the media professionals. Pavillon Ledoyen will inaugurate the event in 4,300 sq ft offering the public and professionals more than 30 champenois domains and 165 denominations in tasting.
The champagne houses Lanson, Baron de Rotschild, Dom Perignon, Laurent Perrier to name a few and sommelier Philippe Faure-Brac, the best in the world, will be present at the event. As for the pastry demonstrations, 12 of the best French chefs will present themselves to create their specialities in an hour-long dedicated space.
