Paris sake show to be held 5-7 October

After the celebration of World Sake Day (1 October) comes the Salon du Saké in Paris.

This year, the Salon Européen du Saké et des Boissons japonaises will host 11 major sake producing regions. It is also important because for the first time they are hosting the prefectures of Shizuoka and Iwate. These join those of Hokkaïdo, Mie, Tottori and Hyogo. They also join producers from Hiroshima, Kyoto, Nara, Niigata and Saga.

Various cultural and culinary events, including musical events, take place during the event. They will transport visitors to Japan and move to a space of modernity and tradition so typical of the country. In total, there will be 35 events (workshops, tastings, conferences, round tables, master classes) that will provide a better understanding of the universe of today’s sake and gastronomy as well as its future.

More detailed information on the exhibitors and the topics to be covered will be available soon at https://salon-du-sake.fr

October 5 and 6 are reserved for the general public. The 7th of October is reserved for the press.

Tickets start at 25,00 euros.

Don’t drink and drive. Enjoy responsibly.
