Peaky Blinder gin back in time for fifth season of the series
Everybody’s talking about Lidl’s “Peaky Blinder” gin. The series of the same name returns for its fifth season this year.
Originally released for Christmas, Lidl’s Peaky Blinder gin returns for the famous English “Bank Holiday” (May 27), a holiday that takes place three times a year.
The gin is produced by Sadler’s distillery, who not only create this edition of spicy gin inspired by the Birmingham gangster family, but also whisky, moonshine, rum and beer.
Winner of two bronze medals (San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2018 and International Spirits Challenge 2018), Peaky Blinder Spiced Dry Gin is intense, spicy, mixed with spices and aromatic plants. It comes in 70 cl presentation and has an alcohol content of 40 % ABV. It is recommended to serve it with premium tonic over ice and a lime wedge.
Taste: warm and spicy with coriander, cardamom and a touch of sweet orange.
Aromatic plants: juniper, cardamom, coriander, sweet orange and lime.
