Quebec : Do you know the limited edition Gin375 from Canadian distillery Cirka?
Introducing the Canadian distillery Cirka. Cirka is a micro distillery founded by three spirits passionate about good quality spirits, seeking to represent the best that Quebec has to offer through Cirka’s spirits drinks.
In Cirka, they produce their spirits from GMO-free cereals, fresh botanicals and spring water. The latest addition to its spirits catalogue is Gin375. A creation to commemorate the 375th anniversary of the city of Montreal and to highlight, at the same time and in its maximum expression, the ingredients of the region of Quebec.
Cirka Gin375 provides a special tasting experience, highlighting a honey scent. To the nose it is fresh, floral, subtle and refined. Cirka expresses itself with fruity and floral aromas. It’s slightly sweet due to the honey. Cirka proposes to taste dry Gin375, as they define it as a silky gin that alone can be appreciated very well. It is also proposed in recipes such as GIMLET 375. Created by Max Coubès, it is inspired by the classic Gimlet. Learn how to do it with Cirka.
Don’t drink and drive. Enjoy responsibly.
