London. The “Hayman’s London Ginema” for gin and cinema lovers

The Home of English Gin, located in Balham in south-east London, opens its doors for a special event. The one devoted to the celebration of True English Gin through a program enticing, and the date planned for the occasion is that of Friday 7 until Monday, September 10th. 4 days during which film and gin lovers will be able to give free rein to their passion.

This attraction called Ginema promises a series of activities such as the screening of films under the “back to school” theme. In addition to these films, it is also possible to attend cocktails tasting inspired by classic productions of the film industry. The Home of English Gin distillery also plans to reward the public with gifts on the theme of gin. They will taste for example the London Dry Gin popcorn. For the visit of the distillery, 5 pound vouchers can also be granted. In order to attend the Ginema screenings, you have to pay 40 pounds for the tickets.

1 Shot and a half of Greenhook Ginsmiths American Dry Gin

3/4 Shot freshly squeezed lemon juice

1/2 Shot of Monin cane sugar syrup

Garnish: a zest of lemon

Glass: Toddy

Recipe Gin fizz Style Grease

Ingredients :

2 American Dry Gin Aviation Shots
1 Shot freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 Shot of Monin cane sugar syrup
Add Seltzer water to the siphon

Garnish: A slice of lemon and a sprig of mint

Glass: Collins (7,5 oz glass)

Recipe Gin Sour Rushmore Style

Ingredients :

2 Shots of Polo Club American Dry Gin
1 Shot freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 Shot of Monin cane sugar syrup
1/2 Egg white
3 Features of Angostura aromatic bitters

Garnish: Prick a slice of lemon and a cherry on a toothpick and place it across the glass.
