Hanoi Heat cocktail by bartender John Collingwood
We were quite delighted with John Collingwood’s cocktail menu. He actually is a Senior Consultant at Fling Bar Services, UK.
He describes his profession as: Travelling all over the globe to teach fabulous bartenders and design cocktail menus, in some of the greatest hotels in the world
He shared with us an extensive cocktail menu recipes that he created with Son Tinh Bar. However he chose as his favorite original cocktail recipe, the Hanoi Heat Cocktail, a variation of the Bloody Mary cocktail, a signature version by Son Tinh.
