Working in the hospitality industry for 14 years. Over the last few years I have been involved in some of the most inovative projects in Portugal like Double9 and Le Consulat. More recently ive been focused on creating my own consulting company, @pineapple society consulting where i will be focusing on sustainable bar concepts and courses. 50ml bacardi 8
12,5 sweet vermouth
12,5 dry vermouth
15ml figaro figue liqueur
5ml amaro averna
2 dashes Angostura bitter
2 dashes Absinthe
Glass: old fashioned smoked with cinnamon
Garnish: orange peel + lemon peel (discard)
