Sweet Lover cocktail by Abdil Aksu
Abil Aksu is a bartender at The O Bar at the Thon Hotel Brussels City Centre. Previously he worked at the Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group.
One of his most recent creations is the Sweet Lover cocktail, and as its name suggests, it has sweet touches thanks to the strawberry syrup that contrasts with the blueberry. On the other hand, the egg white gives it a special texture, foam, specially when your taste comes into contact, and visually. We had the pleasure of talking with him and he enthusiastically sent us his favorite signature cocktail recipe.

Sweet Lover by Abdil Aksu
1 cl strawberry syrup
1 egg white
3 cl lemon juice
2 cl cranberry juice
2cl Cointreau
3cl of tequila
For the garnish, don’t forget to add blackberries and then, enjoy your drink!
