Learn about bartender Diego Ferrari and his ingredients of the moment

Certainly the seasons and their fruits influence the gastronomic elements that we can resort to and in this way each season inspires diverse tastes and aromas to include in our cocktails.

Diego Ferrari is a bartender at the Cocktail Art bar in Lodi, Milano, and told us about his favorite ingredients of the moment for the season.

Among its selection of ingredients for alcohols are, Italicus, which is a blend of bergamot peel, lavender, gentian, yellow roses and Melissa blam. A bittersweet liqueur, aromatic and lightly spicy. Also, Less ABV, a range of alcohols with less than 21% of alcoholic content by volume. It is the trend this summer !
