The Polo Bar, Nueva York

You guessed it. The elegant The Polo Bar belongs to fashion designer Ralph Lauren. His preppy style is clearly reflected in the entire restaurant and bar aesthetic. Leather benches, green plaids and horse paintings. Famous people like Hilary Clinton or Duchess Meghan have dined here, as well as Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, Alex Rodriguez and the list goes on… The cocktails are as elegant as the place and among the signature cocktails are the Concord Royale: Tito’s Vodka, Lejay Cassis, lemon, champagne and squeezed grapes. Or the Polo Bar Winter Punch: Mr. Katz’s Rock & Rye, Cranberry Liqueur, Lemon, Gin, and Squeezed Cranberries.

 

Swan y Bar Bevy, Miami

Pharrell Williams and nightlife mogul David Grutman joined forces to open establishment 2 at 1 Swan restaurant and Bar Bevy in Miami’s design district in 2018. To create the bar’s interior, both owners relied on the work of AD100 designer Ken Fulk.

The restaurant, Swan, has a tropical design, with white and light pink colors. Mirrors, cushions with tropical patterns and fun appliqués, as well as large golden pineapples. While upstairs, we find Bar Bevy, with a design inspired by Morocco with deep blue and red colors. Seasonal cocktails are served at the bar and happy hours complement the visit of those who come to taste.

 

Employees Only, Nueva York

There’s no need to mention it much or introduce it. Employees Only is the bar recognized by everyone both in New York and out of town.

But if you didn’t know, the West Village speakeasy belongs to a group of celebrities in the artisan cocktail industry. Also, among its investors is the actress Piper Perabo, known as Coyote Ugly. A bar known for its incredible atmosphere, Employees Only has a bar made of rich wood and a pressed tin ceiling.

Classic cocktails like the Manhattan and other recipes made by the house complement the visit of this renowned New York bar.

 

Las’ Lap, Nueva York

Inspired by the Caribbean, Las’ Lap is a bar mainly focused on rum, a rum shop. The cocktail bar, located on the Lower East Side of the Big Apple, features Black Panther star Michael B. Jordan as one of its investors. Any rum lover will find his place here, as the menu is loaded with rum-based cocktails. Also, to enjoy your drinks, accompany them with food such as arepas, chicken spring rolls, and oxtai bowls. A small but stylish place, it has high ceilings, flower wallpaper, many plants, the whole accentuated in wicker.

And let’s not forget, Michael B. Jordan’s intricate relationship with rum. In 2018, he joined forces with Bacardi rum to promote its premium range, reflecting in the short films “The Myth Of The Sun Angels” the history, legacy and story behind the portfolio containing the premium rums of the brand.

 

Tramp Stamp Granny’s, Los Angeles

A Los Angeles city piano bar founded by American Crime Story star Darren Criss and his wife Mia Criss. Open since 2018, the Hollywood bar was inspired by the site of West Village Marie’s Crisis Café.

The bar’s décor is Art Deco and bartenders prepare and serve their drinks on a marble bar. In addition, each visitor’s seat is vintage-looking with velvet.
