The Shell – Hôtel des Grands Boulevards
Luxurious decor designed by Dorothée Meilichzon and hotel bar run by the Experimental Group. The bar is run by Maxime Potfer, who recommends the house cocktail called Old Cuban: a mojito shaken with champagne and ginger).
