Cocktail High Tea Rum Punch by Olson Pereira

Olson Pereira started his career of a bartender 13 years ago and ever since committed himself into delivering high quality drinks and memorable experiences.

Started his international career from 2013, worked in Dubai Fairmont Hotel and later as a mixologist in Phoenicia-InterContinental, Lebanon. He also worked in the Lebanon first bar and boutique concept “HOOCH – Boutique and Drinkery”.

The Cocktail High Tea Rum Punch drink is a signature cocktail at the Cascade Lounge in Phoenicia, Beirut. Cascade Lounge has a reputation for the best cup of tea/coffee and pre-dinner cocktails in Lebanon.

This cocktail has been inspired by incorporating tea into drinks. High Tea Rum Punch is a perfect blend of fruit tea with tropical flavors.

 

Cocktail High Tea Rum

Ingredients:

45 ml Damman Four Red Fruit Tea infused with Bacardi Carta Blanca Superior White Rum

15 ml Martini Rosso Vermouth

12.5 ml homemade raspberry syrup

15 ml fresh lemon juice

30 ml fresh pineapple juice

Glassware: Goblet

Method: Shake/Strain

Garnish: 02 skewered raspberries
