Vineeth comments that it was not easy to prepare for the competition. While he was preparing he was also running the bar in Koko. She practiced twice before and after work.

Now the next step for the bartender is to win the competition. Vineeth says he’s “stoked to show off my cocktail at the global final.” Taking home this award translates into what the Indian cocktail scene has to offer, he says.

His future plans will be to make the right decisions while remaining real to his motivations.

According to Vineeth, India’s mixology scene only grows bigger and better. A good example has been the demonstrations during the Bacardi Legacy competition.

Don’t drink and drive. Enjoy responsibly.
