From Moscow to Milano cocktail by Paolo Viola

Italian bartender Paolo Viola is our cocktail expert of the day, bringing a vodka infused cocktail. We tell you more about him and his cocktail.

Paolo Viola put in practice his knowledge in several renowned hotel establishments in Europe. To begin with, the 5 stars Miramonti Majestic Grand Hotel located in Cortina D’Ampezzo in Northern Italy. Also, the Rivoli Bar at The Ritz, are sites where Paolo exercised his talents. In fact, all these experiences made him today a renowned mixologist at international level.

However, before launching Ritorno, the first London’s Aperitivo bar, other projects made part of Paolo’s career. For instance, at Crudo Cocktail bar, and also at Terrazza Calabritto Milano.

From Moscow to Milano is a cocktail prepared with Belvedere vodka. Aditionnally, infused with raspberries, adding sugar syrup and lime juice. Finally, he elengantly perfumes the cocktail with a touch of Sicilian orange blossom.

Ingredients

45 ml Belvedere vodka infused with raspberries

30 ml Italicus Rosilio di bergamotto

5 ml Amaro Lucano

15 ml lime juice

15ml Sugar syrup

Glass

Martini

Preparation

First, make a mixture of the ingredients in a shaker. Then, shake and serve. Finally, spray the perfume with the Sicilian orange blossom over the drink.
