The Spanish Marikoriko Cocktail by Andres Zanca
Although Andres was born in Madrid, he claims to have a southern soul due to his father’s origins, who also inspired him to find a life alongside cocktail mixtures. It has been 5 years since he started a career in mixology, a profession in which he dedicates his entire time and which he’s completely passionate about.
Today, Andres Zanca works at the Lemon Rock bar and Hostel in Granada, where one of his favorite cocktails to prepare is the Marikoriko. So take note, because we’ll show you how to do it at home.
