Performed like a ritual. A piece of sugar is placed on the absinthe spoon, recognizable by its flat and perforated form, placed itself above a glass containing a dose of the aperitif. Then, the water is poured on the sugar which dissolves gradually revealing a white liquid of milky texture.
A tip for water: pour it iced and drip, which allows you to clear all the aromas and thus enjoy the best tasting.
