Disco Ball Cocktail by Jia Miami
Ingredients
9 oz Absolut Elyx
3 oz Grand Marnier
4.5 oz Plum Wine
4.5 oz Plum-Cranberry Syrup
3 oz Lime
12 oz Champagne
6-8 Drops Lemon Oil
Method: Add all the ingredients together and serve over two large blocks of ice. Garnish with dehydrated lemons and oranges, pansies and dry ice for the ultimate Disco Ball Cocktail.

Kaori Cocktail by Kaori Miami
Ingredients
1.5 oz Ketel One
.5 oz Lillet Rose
.5 oz Rose Syrup*
.5 oz Joto Soto Sake
1 oz Soda Water
*Rose Syrup Ingredients and Instructions: Steep 100 g Rose Tea and sweeten with 100 g simple syrup.
Method: Combine all ingredients in a glass and stir. Serve the finished cocktail over ice.

Living My Best Life Cocktail by CHICA
Ingredients
0.5 oz Lemon Juice
1 oz Lychee Syrup*
1.5 oz Vodka
1.5 oz Fever-Tree Elderflower Tonic Water
*Lychee Syrup Ingredients:
4 oz Perfect Puree Lychee Puree
2 oz Simple Syrup
Equal parts of white sugar and water
1 oz Giffard Lichee-Li Liqueur
Method: Combine all ingredients in a Collins Glass and serve over ice. To top it off, garnish the cocktail with an orchid flower!
