A cocktail inspired by French winter cocktail with genepy and Chartreuse, calvados, and tea made from oranges and lavender. Chartreuse Toddy is paired with a French Espelette pepper and honey lollipop that will melt as you taste.

 

 

Cocktail Mulled Wine from pop-up bar Yebo Ski Haus

Where? Yebo Ski Haus. 111 W. Paces Ferry Road NW, Atlanta

Like the traditional hot wine, Mulled Wine consists of hot wine, a bunch of cooking spices, honey and orange shell. You have until spring to taste Mulled Wine, when Yebo Ski Haus becomes Beach Hause.

 

 

Cocktail Hatsune Miku from bar Brush Sushi Izakaya

Where? Brush. 316 Church St., Decatur.

An infusion of spices and umami punch. For the recipe, bartender Bradford Tollson heats bourbon, mild vermouth, honey, cinnamon lemon and bitter with sencha green tea. Despite the mixture of alcohol, it is very mild.

Chocolate and marshmallows! Why not? A sweet sin only for 18+. It’s a combination of hot chocolate with bourbon cream, French brandy, roasted marshmallows.
