The White Spritz, once again a must-taste cocktail of the summer
This summer 2020 you can’t miss the spritz version in “White”, super refreshing and delicious.
Acclaimed cocktail of summer 2018 in France, the White Spritz enchants the palates again this 2020.
To prepare it, you must replace the classic bitter orange liqueur Aperol with the French elderflower liqueur St-Germain. We will keep the classic Italian prosecco to keep the effervescence and freshness. Enjoy this fruity and refreshing cocktail among friends this summer. We’ll tell you how to make it.
White Spritz
45 ml of St-Germain liqueur
60 ml of Prosecco
60 ml sparkling water
Preparation
Combine all ingredients over ice in a Collins glass. Stir gently. Garnish with a lemon twist or flowers.
Don’t drink and drive. Enjoy responsibly.
