Mulled wine cocktail
Typical Christmas drink. Turn it into a cold cocktail or serve it hot to maintain the tradition of this cocktail.
100 g of Muscovado Sugar
1 star anise
1 cinnamon bar
4 nails
150 ml of water
1 lemon
2 clementines
150 ml of Cointreau
750 ml of light red wine
Orange and star anise twist to decorate

Rum and berry punch

350 ml of dark rum
1 liter of cranberry juice
1 liter of ginger ale

Clementine Martini
Juice of 6 clementines, plus two to serve
100 ml of vodka
100 ml of Cointreau
1 bottle of Prosecco, Cava or Champagne, well chilled

Amaretto Fizz
A quick cocktail to prepare that will look great at your party!
400 ml Disaronno liqueur
600 ml of orange juice
2 bottles of sparkling wine, 750 ml each
Orange Foot Strips
Preparation: Mix Disaronno, orange juice and sparkling wine in a pitcher. Add one orange zest to each glass, if desired.
