A beer chocolate is the new candy you should try
A beer-based chocolate is the Belgian novelty made by the chocolate maker Didier Smeets and the beer Peak Beer. Learn everything here in our article.
At an event at the Peak Beer brewery in Sourdbrodt, both Didier Smeets, recognized master chocolatier of Belgium, and Peak presented the gastronomic delight created between them.
Both propose a black chocolate from Madagascar with a subtle touch of hops. In addition, praline chocolate chocolates, with a melted heart of reduced caramel with blueberry Peak beer as a base.
These new chocolates are available from both the Peak brewery and the Didier Smeets chocolate shop.
