Adamo Balsamo of CinCin declared the winner of the Beluga Cocktail Masters India 2018
Sula Selections launched Beluga Cocktail Masters India 2018 in association with Beluga Noble Russian vodka this August.
After an intense selection of ten finalists across India and a grand final competition, Adamo Balsamo of CinCin became the overall winner.
The finalists were expected to prepare a unique beluga cocktail during the final and five of the best were selected. These mixologists then challenged them with a black box containing ingredients such as dry vermouth, balsamic vinegar, Rosso vermouth, star anise, rosemary, apricot marmalade to make the winning cocktail.
Adamo Balsamo had to make a cocktail based on coconut milk, the main ingredient of his black box – he said: “Coconut milk was an ingredient that changed the game for me, I always wanted to make a coconut milk drink. For my bar and my team at CinCin, I am very happy ! May God bless all those who wished me good luck. I never thought I would win this prestigious competition, because participating was very important. »
