Call for applications for the twelfth edition of the non-alcoholic cocktail competition organised by ANPAA
This non-alcoholic cocktail competition organised by ANPAA (Association Nationale de Prévention en Alcoologie et Addictologie) is aimed at hotels in the Loire. The aim is to raise awareness of the dangers of alcohol in both written and oral form.
Students in the first and second year classes CAP or Bac pro Hôtellerie or Cuisine des L.P. et C.F.A. de la Loire. Work in teams of two students.
Applications must be returned to A.N.P.A.A.A.42 before 18 January 2019.
January – February 2019 : Animation of the A.N.P.A.A.A. in each participating school: awareness session on alcohol consumption and presentation of the competition to the students. Research work and creation by students of the classes concerned in pairs. Selection of one team per school, sending the names of the students to A.N.P.A.A. before 15 February 2019.
March 18, 2018 : For each school: the team of two selected students and one teacher will be present. Each team will present two cocktails.
Each team has 15 minutes to make the two cocktail recipes. Equipment: professional clothing, ingredients and specific glassware.
An Honorary Committee composed of representatives of Road Safety, the Academic Inspection, the M.I.L.DE.C.A., the Regional Health Agency, prevention professionals, etc. will be invited to the official award ceremony following the selection of the jury.
