In the Chalong Bay bar and distillery, and restaurant, you will be able to taste the new menu that offers food pairing with delicious cocktails of the bar. Oysters, lobster ravioli, scallops or prosciutto and Thai specialties. In addition, a variety of more than a dozen original cocktails make up the menu. Together with our gourmet partners Dao and Lek, we are introducing a rustic garden cuisine using fresh ingredients, that pairs select dishes with a crafted cocktail, and serves to bring people together with quality comfort food made to be shared. ……… On this picture; our free range roasted chicken with wild mushrooms and rocket salad deliciously paired with our cocktail “Sweet Hammock Naps”.

A traditional distillation takes place in the Thai distillery, making rum with the experience and equipment of traditional French distillation with 100% Thai sugar cane respecting the tradition of rum production, using a novel approach involving innovative craftsmanship, sustainable production and a local company.
Manufactured in small series and handmade to ensure the highest standards of quality, Chalong Bay Rum has won international awards: Gold Medal in San Francisco World Spirit competition 2018, Trophy for best white rum in Hong Kong International Spirit competition 2017.
