Irish gin Drumshanbo Gunpowder voted best gin at the Flaviar Spirits Awards 2019
The important Flaviar spirits event recognized Irish gin Drumshanbo Gunpowder as the best in the 2019 edition of the awards.
Prestigious and known for predicting the future forerunners in the world of spirits, Flaviar selects 5 brands for the category “Best Spirits” from among 22,000 participants. A fact of which Drumshanbo could not be more proud.
It is also the first time that an Irish gin brand has received the “Best Spirit Award” at the Flaviar Awards.
As its name defines it, Gunpowder is literally an explosion of flavours in the mouth. Flaviar co-founder Jugoslav Petkovic says, “It’s a real explosion of taste in a bottle“.
Gunpowder Irish Gin is slowly distilled by hand, with botanicals and Gunpowder tea.
