London has its first alcohol-free cocktail bar
London will open its first non-alcoholic cocktail bar, located at Seven Dials, Covent Garden. It will be part of the Redemption Bar, already well known for its healthy good food.
Andrea Waters and Catherine Salway founded Redemption in 2014 and are also the authors of a cocktail book entitled “Redemption Bar: alcohol-free cocktails with benefits”. So we understand their taste in opening a non-alcoholic bar.
The cocktails offered at the new bar have all been designed in-house and will include favourites such as lychee and yuzu martini, pina colada stakes, apple mockjito and frozen pineapple margarita. The new venue will also offer a range of non-alcoholic beers, wines and champagnes and kombucha under pressure.
We can’t wait to taste it! The restaurant will have 45 seats and will specialize in vegan and gluten-free food. Possibility to take away! Designed by Atelier Khan, the place will be magical: teal velvet, marble, brass, a touch of coral, pink neon lights…
“Redemption is a place where people can socialize without the usual toxins and temptations: no alcohol, 100% vegan, no sugar and no wheat,” said Andrea and Catherine.
