With the constant changes in sanitary regulations in France, bars like Bisou, have restructured their offer. Discover their coffee shop menu!
Bisou is a minimalist bar near République, a central area of Paris. Now to offer a range adapted to the current times to their conviviality, they propose a Coffee Shop concept. From 8 am to 7 pm, Bisou offers coffees from the roastery Brûlerie de Belleville and pastries by Ten Belles.
On the menu we find for sweets, cookies, lemon or hazelnut cake, and even gluten-free (citrus, almond, chocolate) and even croissant or pain au chocolat. For the savory side, they offer egg sandwich or a vegetarian sandwich, with stracciatella, marinated vegetables and pickles.
For coffees, in addition to espresso, they offer filter coffee, latte and flat white. In addition to the house coffees, such as the “Porn Star” or the “Bisou Latte”, rosé. And finally, for those who are not a big fan of coffee, hot chocolate and coconut milk!
*The plus: the possibility of adding, for an additional 1 euro, a small drop of alcohol, such as walnut liqueur.
Finally, it is worth noting that Bisou, like other bars in Paris, still offer house cocktails. When the confinement is over, Bisou promises to continue to offer coffee in the day.
