Sales boosted despite COVID-19 for two French breweries
Confinement and COVID-19 generally affected a large number of companies, however Saint-Omer and La Goudale saw their sales grow.
Since 15 March, two French breweries, La Goudale and Saint-Omer, have seen their sales increase. According to France Bleu, the sales of both breweries have increased by 17 % since 15 March. This is in spite of a 7 % drop in sales of beer in barrels for professionals.
La Goudale and Saint-Omer kept their doors open for the last two and a half months. This is why the large chains have increased their beer orders, particularly by buying from La Goudale and Saint-Omer.
