Named best bar in the world the Dandelyan is reconverted. Today, knows the Lyaness, a change of the bar not only structurally, but personally.
The famous bar Dandelyan becomes Lyaness. Under a new name and a new concept the best bar in the world (World’s 50 Best Bars) will change its decoration, menu and concept. Its former owners decided to retire on time and hand over control to give it a fresh new life. Ryan Chetiyawardana its founder says “We always want to innovate, so an evolution seemed the right thing to do”.
