This is not just another scientific study. In fact, Mexican scientists at the University of Guadalajara discovered how tequila helps to lose weight.
The answer lies in the blue agave, the plant specifically used to produce tequila. The latter is a monocotyledon green plant. Generally, these usually contain substances that increase the effectiveness of medications against gastroenterology, the fight against Crohn’s disease, colitis and weight loss.
Another factor influencing weight loss is the natural sugar secreted by the blue agave. These types of sugars help reduce blood glucose levels, increase the production of insulin and hormones. In addition, it cuts off the appetite as it allows the body to use the stored fat reducing the rate of gastric emptying. This is also because it acts as a dietary fiber, even fighting cholesterol.
