Agenda Paris-London: Swift Shoreditch x The Cambridge Public House Bar Takeover
Starting on the 6th of March the Swift Shoreditch team will be hosting the takeover at the Parisian Cambridge Public House, while on the 7th of March the Cambridge Public House team will then bring their own special selection of cocktails to Swift Shoreditch.
This March, the team behind the award-winning Swift bar is back on the road and will travel to some of the best international cocktail bars for a series of guest bartending nights for the Swift Takeover Tour. The guest shifts will see the London team travel to the host bar, where they will deliver a bartending seminar and take over the venue for a collaborative night of fun and delicious drinks.
From March 6, Swift will travel to Paris, to set up shop at The Cambridge Public House, one of the French capital’s favorite industry hotspots, run by Hyacinthe Lescoët. This British-inspired pub and cocktail bar combines the relaxed and cozy atmosphere of a pub with the service and expertise of a cocktail bar, the perfect setting for the Swift team to present three custom cocktails crafted for the occasion.
The Swift team will not only take over the Parisian venue, but will also host the team from Hyacinthe and The Cambridge Public House on March 7 for a night of drinks, music and fun in London at their Shoreditch venue.
Red Jockey Volcan Cocktail
One of the drinks created for the evening, is the spritz-style Ice Maiden: Creme de poire, Lillet Blanc, Belvedere Vodka Pear and Ginger garnished with sparkling wine.
