Ritchie J Suffling is a fine one mixologue with a real passion for cocktails. Working at Eleven experience allows him to take advantage of its talent.
Furthermore, he’s a member of a group of mixologues, Tea moseying Mixologists, dedicated to barman’s job. Ritchie’s home town is King’s Lynn in United Kingdom, but his current city is Kopavogur in Iceland.
His cocktail « These goes to eleven » is a tribute to Eleven experience but especially to the film Spinal Tap. He proposes a delicious daiquiri with some rum, lemon and Rhubarb bitters to enhance the taste. Has to have a rough time in the day and in the evening.

Ingredients
Bacardi
DeKuper Marasquin
Lime
Simple syrup
Salt solution
Rhubarb bitters
Glass
Cocktail glass
Side dish: edible flower
Preparation
Pay into a mixing glass a measure of bacardi and DeKuper maraschino. Add then the simple syrup, the Rhubarb bitters and the salt solution, press the lemon, mix and strain. Serve in a cocktail glass and garnish.
Don’t drink and drive. Enjoy responsibly
