“If my first love were a cocktail, it would be a Kate Flint”
It’s not my first love. But it’s the real one. We all bartenders fall in love with our colleagues. That’s what happened to me. My love is my manager. Writing and remembering these beautiful moments. These burning eyes OF BOTH OF US.
To come a few hours before her arrival at work to make her the best coffee. It was the most beautiful thing to meet her in the morning, at least on the other side of the counter. That love gave, not just one cocktail of inspiration, it gave life. which I thought I lost.
My cocktail is called “Kate Flint.” The name of course I had to attribute to a famous singer. But SHE knows it belongs to her. That’s the story of Romeo and Juliet.
“The cocktail was created in honor of Prodigy soloist Keith Flint and his wife Mayumi Kai.” I wanted to show another reality where Keith and Kai are still connected. Thanks to those feelings, the name “Kate Flint” came up. Mayumi was the only one who saved him from death, but killed him herself. This year, the soloist would have turned 50.

Ingredients
20 ml Rum white
30 ml mandarin nalewka
15 ml lemon juice
10 ml passion fruit puffer
10 ml sugar
Top with sparkling
Type of glass: champagne flute
I took tea for the decoration. It highlights her favorite color. But she burns brighter than the sun.
