bourbon peach cocktail with prune

Cocktail of the week with a twist by Spirits Hunters: Bourbon Peach/Prune

This time, the cocktail of the week with a twist is Bourbon Peach, with a plum twist, just for a change.

Bourbon fan? Here’s a cocktail that will delight your palate with daring tastes.

The Bourbon Peach is an easy cocktail to make. As for the tools, all you need is a pestle, a shaker and a cocktail strainer.

We add a shot of old plum instead of smashing this ingredient directly into the glass.

Ingredients – for 2 glasses

Ice cubes and crushed ice to serve

12 mint leaves and a few branches for decoration

6 slices of peach

6 slices of lemon and 2 slices for decoration

4 teaspoons of powdered sugar

4 measures of bourbon

1/4 shot of old plum

Type of glass: Old Fashioned

Preparation: Crush the mint, peach, lemon and sugar in a shaker. Add the bourbon, plum brandy and ice cubes. Knock. Pour while filtering into glasses filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a sprig of mint and 1 slice of lemon.

Don’t drink and drive. Enjoy responsibly.
