How to make alcohol-free cocktails at home

During this time it is important to stay healthy and vary our activities. And since we know that not all of us have spirits at home, creating alcohol-free cocktails is an excellent alternative. We propose several recipes for alcohol-free cocktails recommended by the tonic brand East Imperial. Each recipe is unique and varies between sweet and not, and some are quite similar to classic cocktails.

 

 

Masala Soda

Ingredients

5 ml of lime juice

10 ml of Chai syrup

East Imperial Grapefruit Soda

Two strips of red and green pepper

Type of glass

Highball

Preparation

Add the lime juice and Chai syrup to the glass, add ice consistently and add the soda. Decorate with the red and green pepper strips on the rim of the glass.

 

 

Wiyu Highball

Ingredients

40 ml of Olong tea (15 percent)

2 bar spoons of apricot jam

1 bar spoon of agave syrup

East Imperial Yuzu Tonic

1 slice of red grapefruit

Type of glass

Highball

Preparation

Add the tea, jam and syrup to the previously chilled glass and stir gently. Add ice and add the tonic last. Decorate with 1 or 2 slices of red grapefruit.

 

 

Turbo Tonic

Ingredients

20 ml of Seedlip Spice 94 – alcohol-free spirit

10 ml of cold coffee

5 ml of maple syrup

East Imperial Grapefruit Tonic

Orange peel without pulp

Type of glass

Highball

Preparation

Add Seedlip, maple syrup and coffee to the cup. Add ice. Finish by adding the tonic. Stir gently, then decorate with the orange peel on top of the glass.

Don’t drink and drive. Enjoy responsibly.
