If my first love were a cocktail, it would be a Daiquiri. Just a simple Daiquiri
It is the perfect balanced classic Daiquiri that is capable of evoking the most vivid emotions in me. I first met him at Moshnetsky. A hot summer evening and a refreshing cocktail based on my favorite rum played great together. Since then, no special day in my life has passed without Daiquiri.
My wife (to be more precise, she is my bride. But tomorrow we are getting married) introduced me to this cocktail even before I stood at the bar. She herself loved this cocktail. Now our friends call us a pair of Daiquiri maniacs hehe. She also impartially recognizes my Daiquiri as the best in her life ;-))
Daiquiri
Ingredients:
50 ml white rum
25 ml simple sugar syrup
30 ml lime juice
Garnish: Physalis
Preparation:
Pour sugar syrup, rum and lime juice in a shaker and shake well. Double strain your cocktail in a chilled cocktail glass. Then fix the physalis fruit on the edge of the glass. There is your perfect Daiquiri
Serve and enjoy.
