“The Mojitalgues” cocktail by Catherine Le Joncour and Régine Quéva
Catherine Le Joncour is a Breton seaweed specialist who loves gourmande cuisine. She owns a restaurant at Plestin-les-Grèves in the Côtes-d’Armor. Régine Quéva also loves to cook with seaweed and natural products. Both have written « Algues Gourmandes », a book that has been published last year with more than 80 healthy recipes. Among them, their own mojito version, The Mojitalgues Cocktail.

Cocktail Mojitalgues
Ingredients:
- 4 cl white rum
- 2 g seaweed
- 15 cl sparkling water
- 1 Tablespoon with brown sugar
- 1/2 green lemon
- Crushed ice
Instructions:
Cut the lime into small pieces and put them in a glass, same way as if you were making a mojito. Add the brown sugar and crush it with a pestle. Add the seaweed, the rum and the crushed ice. Pour the sparkling water and serve.
Don’t drink and drive. Enjoy responsibly.
