Starting with the Watermelon Martini at Newark’s Deep Inn bar.

The nj.com team toured nearly 500 bars to choose at least 50 of the best bars and from them, the most visually stunning cocktails.

This is the “Sharky Cosmo” based on Ketel One vodka and cranberry juice. Made by Sharky’s Wings and Raw bar in Clifton.

These delicious Margaritas are courtesy of Draught House Bar and Grill in Washington. Strawberry and kiwi, blackberry, jalapeño hibiscus.

A beautiful blue cocktail, called “Myths and Legends”. The Stage House bar in Scotch Plains prepares this cocktail with Tito’s Vodka, fresh lemon and grapefruit. In addition, the bitter truth violet liquor, club soda and the blue touch provided by the butterfly pea tea.

Another Tito’s Vodka cocktail created at Cloverleaf Tavern in Caldwell. The cocktail, “Lavender Lemonade”. Acid, refreshing and floral.

Hospitaldade is an extremely colorful cocktail based on cachaza, tequila ancho reyes verde, pineapple, habanero syrup, agave and lemon. Deliciously prepared by the Verve Restaurant and Bar in Sommerville.
