Aperol Spritz Original
Ingredients
Equal parts of Aperol
Equal parts of Prosecco
A squirt of soda
Garnish
Orange slice
Type of glass
Glass of wine
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients in a glass of wine with ice and mix gently. Decorate with a slice of orange.
Brockmans Summer Negroni
Ingredients
2 oz (60 ml) Gin
1 oz (30 ml) Antica Formula
1 oz (30 ml) Aperol
Raspberries
Garnish
Dehydrated orange
Type of glass

Preparation
Machaca 4 raspberries in a cocktail shaker and add ice cubes with the rest of the ingredients. Shake well until it cools down. Strain twice into the rock vessel over an ice sphere. Decorate with a slice of dried orange.
Ten Spot

Summer City Spritz

1.5 oz (45 ml) Rum
.5 oz (15 ml) Aperol
.75 oz (7.5 ml) watermelon juice
.5 oz (15 ml) simple syrup
.5 oz (15 ml) lemon juice

Mint leaves
Preparation
Combine ingredients in a glass of wine with ice and mix. Add sparkling water at the end and decorate with mint leaves.
Maya Bay
Ingredients
1.5 oz (45 ml) Mandarin tequila
.5 oz (15 ml) Agave Syrup
.75 oz (7.5 ml) Freshly squeezed lime juice
.5 oz (15 ml) Aperol
Garnish
A quarter of a lime

Preparation
Combine and shake well, pour into a double rock glass with an extra large ice cube. Decorate with lemon.

MacNamara Rose

Crush the cucumber slices in a mixing glass. Add ice and other ingredients. Stir and double strain into the glass. Decorate with cucumber bow.
Strawberry Letter
With the return of the shrub in bars, cocktails take on another dimension, a way to vary Aperol cocktails with sweet tastes like strawberry.

.5 oz (15 ml) of Strawberry Shrub*.
1 oz (30 ml) Aperol
3 oz (90 ml) Rosé wine
1 oz (30 ml) seltzer, to taste

4 Strawberry slices

*Strawberry Shrub: Wash 10 strawberries and cut them into quarters. Let them rest in two cups of sugar overnight and then add 2 cups of raspberry vinegar and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Add mixture to skillet until boiling and remove immediately. Let cool, filter strawberries and bottle.
Preparation
Build the ingredients -except the seltzer- in a glass of wine on the rocks. Stir to combine and decorate with 4 slices of strawberry.
Turbo Lover
Another Aperol cocktail with an interesting twist using Ancho Reyes spiced liqueur and coffee liqueur, for the strong palates.
