Mary Pumpkins Cocktail
5cl of VSOP cognac
2.5 cl of homemade spiced pumpkin cordial
3 cl carrot juice
2cl lemon juice
Homemade bitter mushrooms
Dry Shake with aquafaba
Bastien Gardrat, Cognac
“For my cocktail I found inspiration in tea, I started with black tea with citrus fruits and I thought it was a good base to sublimate the citrus notes often present in the qualities of a VS cognac“.
The Frenchy Cup of Tea Cocktail
3 to 4 dashes of orange bitters
40 ml cognac VS
20 ml citrus fruits black tea syrup
15 ml vermouth extra dry
10 ml of fresh lemon juice
Shake/double strain in a long drink glass.
Top with lemongrass soda and garnish with a twist of lemon and finally add the glass straw.
