Arsenic & Old Lace, a cocktail with spring flavours for aperitif time

Maison Premiere absinthe bar in New York is where the Arsenic & Old Lace cocktail was discovered. The preparation of this drink incorporates ingredients such as absinthe, vermouth and gin. It is possible to play with flavours by varying the proportion of components.

With a slightly milky appearance, Arsenic & Old Lace reveals a very pleasant floral taste. Simple enough to prepare, the cocktail is a real delight as a snack or as an aperitif.

Pernod and Fom Vass 72% Green Absinthe are two different brands of absinthe that can be used in the composition of the beverage.

Vom Fass brings an undeniable floral touch to the cocktail with its formulation of fennel, licorice root, coriander and star anise.
