Brana comes back with a new lime gin

On November 1st, the Brana distillery will launch a new gin with a lemony taste, one year after the arrival of its Espelette pepper gin. With this new creation, Brana seeks to distinguish itself from its competitors by its acidulous and fresh notes thanks to plants and lemon pieces. The production would not have been possible without a slow distillation, in a small 400-litre still, carried out in the brand’s new premises in Ossès.

The Brana distillery is a family and traditional story, hence its desire to create local products that recall the Basque identity. Its Espelette chilli gin is an original creation, the main ingredient of which is 100% French in origin and protected by the AOP label. The qualification “Espelette”, or “Espeletako biperra” in Basque, refers to the name of the municipality where the chilli pepper is produced.
