Brockmans Gin brings the colours of passion and romance to Valentine’s Day cocktails this year.

ULTRA PURPLE – from the new Brockmans Gin Spring cocktail recipe collection
2 oz. Brockmans Gin
¾ oz Absinthe
¾ oz Violet Cream
¼ oz Dry vermouth
Combine all ingredients with ice and stir for 5 to 6 seconds. Place in a martini glass or cut glass and garnish with an edible flower.

FROSED – aromatic ice cream aroma with a fresh and lively glow
2 oz. Brockmans Gin
1 oz Rose liquor
¼ oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
125 grams. Sweet rosé wine
2 small scoops of crushed ice
Combine Brockmans Gin, rose liquor, lemon juice and rosé wine in a shaker with ice. Filter in a large wine glass filled with crushed ice.
You can also add all the ingredients in a blender with ice cubes and blend until the ice is crushed. Decorate with sweet or fresh rose petals.

PURPLE SPRING – a refreshing and sparkling light with unusual beet notes
2 oz. Brockmans Gin
2 oz. Beet juice
125 grams. Cider with wild berries
Add Brockmans and red beet juice to a shaker with ice. Shake and filter into a Copa stemmed glass (glass bowl) filled with ice. Garnish with wild berry cider and mix gently. Decorate with a very thin slice of dehydrated beetroot and edible flowers for a touch of spring.

Brockmans Gin has received gold medals in three prestigious international competitions, including the first ever Global Spirits Awards, the SIP Awards 2017 and the International Craft Spirits Awards 2017.
