Cocktail Spirits 2019 takes over Palais de Tokyo Paris this 26th-27th May
Amateurs or bar professionals should not miss the 12th edition of Cocktail Spirits Paris this 26th and 27th of May at the Palais de Tokyo.
For the first time, the professional salon takes place at the Palais de Tokyo, in the 16th district of Paris. Discoveries, tastings, meetings and conferences are on the agenda.
On one hand, you can’t overlook events like the bar des innovation. Discover the 100 bottles that will mark the coming months.
Besides, renowed bartender Nico de Soto, for his part, will conduct the Bar Rouge, a long-awaited event within the salon, a space for exchanges and transmissions that gives a voice to the best bar professionals in the world.
Another important aspect of the event will be guided by its slogan “In Bartenders We Trust”, a photographic tribute exhibition of bartenders’ portraits on display at the Shake ‘n Smile Salon.
And finally, the show will present the Golden Dogs of Cocktail Spirits awards to reward the most influential French bartender abroad, the most successful opening in 2018 and the most ambitious cocktail menu.
