Discover Yuengling’s low-calorie beer for the summer

The “oldest brewery in America” brings a new low-calorie beer, the Yuengling Flight. This beer premiered on February 25th and began selling in March. Flight is perfectly suited for the summer season because of its low calorie content and lightness, 95 calories. However, the beer has an alcohol content of 4.2 % which Yuengling labels as “elevated” and “upscale”.
Yuengling “Flight” joins the range of beers within the current trend towards a healthier lifestyle. In turn, according to Thrillist, it is a strategy to displace the market for seltzer drinks.
Jennifer Yuengling, vice president of the brewery says “we have been working to bring a unique and refreshing brand that fits the active lifestyles of today’s consumers“.
