Discovery: the Garlaban restaurant on the islands of the Paul Ricard society

The Garlaban restaurant, directed by the experienced chef Christophe Pacheco joins the gastronomic network of the Bendor and Embiez islands.

Important place of the gastronomy, the islands Bendor and Embiez of Paul Ricard, welcome the new restaurant of Christophe Pacheco, the Garlaban. With a terrace overlooking the port of Embiez, the restaurant is based on a bar lounge concept. Here we can enjoy cocktails or taste appetizers or give ourselves a gastronomic treat.

Open since the summer it is a new trendy address in the port of Embiez. Whether you are meeting with friends or family, the lounge atmosphere in front of the beach will welcome you from 5:00 pm for the “after beach”. Terrace overlooking the port or enjoy the garden with your feet on the grass. A DJ set livens up the atmosphere to create a summery vibe and prepare your appetite with an finger food.

On the gastronomic side, Garlaban offers delicacies such as a cold glass and craft ice-cream with Macarons made by Gérard Cabiron, France’s best ice-cream artisan of 2017.

An aperitif? Share a cocktail with appetizers and then enjoy one of these delicious dishes: poke bowl; surf and turf selection with a plancha of Marseille sausage or lobster and octopus; a tasting with various pieces of meat prepared on the plancha; or for the most epicurean, the ephemeral offer of the day for gastronomic discoveries.

All the food of the restaurant is prepared on the spot with fresh products. You can also taste lunch at noon as salads and poke bowls.


And what about the signature cocktails?

The cocktail menu offers different homemade drinks with original recipes. Fan of gin? Try “Le Pagnol”: gin Monkey 47, passion fruit puree, lime juice, cucumber syrup, ginger beer, tarragon leaves. Or if you like rum, you can try La Vie en Roses: Havana Club rum 15 years, mango juice, red berry juice, fresh strawberries and raspberries, violet syrup.

And for a French taste, the Strawbreez is a cocktail based on cognac, strawberry syrup, lemon juice, egg white, strawberry, mint leaves.
